Wind chills of 20 below to 30 below zero, with the most severe conditions over the eastern & northeastern plains. Larimer, Weld, Boulder, Jefferson, Broomfield, Douglas, Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Morgan, Elbert, Lincoln, Logan, Washington, Sedgwick, and Phillips Counties. Including the cities of Wiggins, Fort Morgan, Akron, Grover, Roggen, Fort Lupton, Longmont, Greeley, Hugo, Limon, Kiowa, Raymer, Otis, Sedgwick, Sterling, Holyoke, Julesburg, Nunn, Crook, Ovid, Haxtun, Byers, Merino, Briggsdale, Brush, Goodrich, Leader, Bennett, Deer Trail, Fort Collins, Peetz, Last Chance, City of Denver, & Denver International Airport. *The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in less than 30 minutes. - The combination of wind and cold temperatures will create dangerously low wind chill values. Avoid prolonged outdoor activities. When outside, make sure you wear several layers of appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
