The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a *Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 9 AM this morning to 6 PM MDT this evening. For Larimer, Weld, Morgan & Logan Counties in Northeast Colorado.

It was a bumpy night on the extreme eastern plains of Northeast Colorado, as severe weather went through Yuma and Kit Carson Counties on Thursday evening. The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for both counties for the 4 and 5 o’clock hours.

A recent fire at an abandoned house in Morgan County is being treated as suspicious. The house was located at the south end of County Road 17.7, at the T-intersection of 17.7 & County Road Q.
