Logan County Sheriff's Office Search Warrant Helps to Arrest Two for Narcostics

Logan County Sheriff’s Office - PRESS RELEASE:
On Thursday, June 12th, members of the Logan County Sheriff's Office, along with investigators from the District Attorney’s Office of the 13th Judicial District, executed a search warrant at 315 Railroad Avenue #E, within the town of Iliff, Colorado.
Information had been obtained that 34-year-old David Gartner was living at this address, and had a warrant out of Lincoln County, Nebraska, for Distribution of Narcotics with nationwide extradition. He is also a registered sex offender, who had NOT registered with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.
Upon arrival, entry was made into the residence, and two individuals were contacted. Mr. Gartner was arrested on the outstanding warrant. The other occupant of the residence, 41-year-old Stacy Bertram, was also arrested after the entry team observed narcotics in plain view.
The investigation is still ongoing, and a full list of charges from the search warrant is pending for both individuals.
