Early Tuesday afternoon, August 12th, the Fort Morgan Police Department received a call for ‘shots fired’ in the 300 block of State Street near Beaver Avenue.

Information had been obtained that 34-year-old David Gartner was living at this address, and had a warrant out of Lincoln County, Nebraska, for Distribution of Narcotics with nationwide extradition.
