Sterling Police Respond to Vandalism at Sterling Skate Park

Sterling, CO – October 22, 2024

The Sterling Police Department has recently received multiple reports of vandalism, specifically tagging, occurring throughout the city.

On October 14th, 2024, at approximately 1:00 PM, officers from the Sterling Police Department responded to a report of vandalism occurring at Sterling Skate Park involving three juveniles.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the juveniles, who had reportedly been tagging city property and were found in possession of spray paint. All three juveniles were cited and released to their parents.

The Sterling Police Department encourages the community to report any suspicious activities or vandalism to help preserve the integrity of our public spaces.
