Sterling PD Investigates Death

On Saturday, November 25, at 6:45 p.m., Sterling Police responded to the

Sonic Drive-In, located at 421 Chestnut Street, to a report of a possibly

deceased person on the property. Sterling police officers arrived and

confirmed that a deceased adult male was lying on the ground, inside a

fenced area on the property. It appeared that the unidentified individual

had been there for at least several hours.

Detectives responded and conducted a thorough investigation, which has

revealed no indication of foul play. An autopsy is scheduled.

There is no overt threat to the community.
