Sterling Fire crews respond to camper fire in Iliff overnight

In a posting from the Sterling Fire Department, just after midnight, Thursday, Station 1 was dispatched to Iliff for a reported structure fire. On-arrival crews found a camper with heavy fire throughout that had damaged overhead power lines. Crews quickly extinguished the fire before it spread to any surrounding exposures. No injuries were reported.
Units responding: Engine 10, Fire 1, Tender 16, Medic 1, and Logan County Sheriff's Office - Colorado.
