Sterling Chaplain Awarded 'Chaplain of the Year'

Recently, Chaplain Jared Sonnenberg was Awarded the Rocky Mountain Police & Fire Chaplain’s ‘Chaplain of the Year’. Chaplain of Members of the Sterling Fire Department, Sterling Police Department, and the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, as well as his family, were in attendance for the annual meeting of the Rocky Mountain Police & Fire Chaplain, where Chaplain Sonnenberg was recognized as the Year.

The departments are very proud of the work Jared does, taking care of our first responders, and his heart for service is matched by few. Jared was presented with a plaque by Cpl. Danyelle Adams was made by their very own Engineer Revord with all our agency badges and challenge coins on it.
