Yuma-Kit Carson-Cheyenne-Sherman-Thomas-Wallace-Logan-Greeley & Wichita Counties on the extreme eastern plains, and in the tri-state area. WINDS will be out of the South at 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent. The strongest winds throughout the region will be in the afternoon hours.
