Four Suspects Captured in Wash Co

Logan County Sheriff’s Office –

On February 16th at about 5am, Logan County Deputies were advised of an active theft in northern Washington County. They were able to locate the vehicle involved, along with a stolen trailer & a stolen car on CR 71. A pursuit began with the suspects fleeing to the 11000 block of CR71 and driving into a ditch. The deputies circled back to the vehicle and discovered the 4 occupants fled on foot. A perimeter was set up, as a juvenile was observed crawling through a field. The juvenile had a warrant out of Wyoming. The Northeastern Regional SWAT Team was brought in, due to the nature of incidents at this residence, and the size of the property.

During the operation a 2nd juvenile, also with a Wyoming warrant, exited the property. Also exiting the property was 49-year-old Alecia Gillett, who also had an active warrant. 2 other suspects were captured as well, 46-year-old Jessica Makuski & 41 year-old Joshua Duchesne, these 2 had eluded police earlier and also had active warrants out of Logan & Washington Counties. 49 year-old Duane Dobbins was also arrested on numerous charges relating to this incident. The juveniles are being held at a juvenile detention center. The investigation is ongoing as no further information is being released at this time.
