Fire Call in Fort Morgan Turns Out to be a Minor Incident

Fire crews and law enforcement responded to a call about a structure fire on Walnut Street in Fort Morgan on Wednesday evening around 5:40pm. According to scanner reports, the call was for a fire in a stove, this was in the area just south of Safeway. No visual flames could be seen, but there was some light smoke. Fire department personnel conducted a full investigation, and fortunately, there was no major damage and no injuries reported. Fire crews cleared the scene just after 6pm, without any major issues.
