Female in Fort Morgan Surrenders During Drug Investigation

Fort Morgan Police Department -

An ongoing drug investigation that began earlier this year culminated in an arrest warrant for 24-year-old Jade Montoya, of Fort Morgan. Information that had been gathered by Fort Morgan detectives indicated that Montoya had been conspiring with other individuals to sell cocaine to people in our community. An investigation into these allegations provided insight into the operation, including numerous parties involved. Earlier last week, a judge issued a warrant for Montoya's arrest and ordered her to be held without bond until she appeared in court (advisement). Montoya surrendered to the Fort Morgan Police Department recently and was advised by the judge today. Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.

*All charges are simply an accusation by law enforcement, and all parties must be presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
