Another major retailer is coming to the area, as recently the Brush City Council approved a special use permit application for Tractor Supply Company. The location of the store will be in the commercially zoned area of Lot 2 of the Arm Bar Subdivision, as the permit was presented by Assistant City Administrator Tyler Purvis at the October 28th Brush City Council meeting.
Currently the closest, or more convenient locations to get to, of Tractor Supply Company stores from the Brush area, are in Yuma & Greeley.
Once construction gets going it will take approximately 7 months to complete, and when done it will create 14 to 18 jobs, and bring in an estimated annual sales tax revenue of $50,000 to $70,000.
Tractor Supply Company has been around since 1940 and is a Fortune 500 company with over 2,200 stores in 49 States.
