It was another BOBSTOCK Music Festival for the books. Friday began with great weather for the setup of the event. As the bands took to the stages and the various vendors and food trucks welcomed visitors, BOBSTOCK 2025 was off to a smooth start. However, the clouds came in with the winds, lots of lightning, followed by heavy rains and some hail as well.
Unlike many Northeast Colorado storms that can move through quickly, this group of cells kept going for several hours, soaking fans, as well as the grounds at Glenn Miller Park in downtown Fort Morgan. Folks were ready for Uncle Kracker to take the stage, but the rains didn’t let up, and the stage & the equipment took a bit of a beating with the storm. There were many ideas of what to do, but after many delays, the tough call came to cancel the headlining act for Friday night. Uncle Kracker was canceled by Mother Nature.
Saturday fared much better! The sun shone all day, without a drop of precipitation, as BOBSTOCK Saturday went off without any major issues. From the foam parties to the fun at Queen Lounge, to the beer garden, everyone enjoyed a perfect Northeast Colorado day. The headliners brought out the masses of fans to Glenn Miller Park, as Molly Hatchet took to the main stage at 7:30 Saturday night, followed by an autograph session in the park’s gazebo, with April Wine being fine, and rocking the fans at 9 pm, both with incredible performances.
Thanks to all that came out to enjoy and endure BOBSTOCK 2025!
