Arizona man arrested for questionable train ride (Kids, don't do this)

Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office - Earlier this week, Daniel Ray Ballance of Quartzsite, AZ, broke a window on a Union Pacific locomotive and entered it. Somehow, he ended up surfing naked on top of that same locomotive while it was moving. Daniel was arrested and charged with a felony and a few misdemeanors.
In part of the original posting from the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office: Daniel expressed his love of vodka, beer, and playing the Banjo. Unfortunately, we had to separate him from those loves and the train ride. Instead, Daniel is spending some time at an all-expenses-paid stay in jail, where he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
