26th Annual Fall Harvest Car Show brings over 300 vehicles to downtown Fort Morgan
It was another picture-perfect late summer Saturday in downtown Fort Morgan, as the 26th Annual Fall Harvest Car Show brought the masses of car enthusiasts to the big event.
313 cars, trucks, motorcycles, semis, and tractors lined Main Street in the downtown area on Saturday, September 19th, as just one part of the usual 3-day event.
Registration fees for the event are responsible for all of the numerous scholarships that have been awarded over the years to the Morgan Community College Collision Repair & Technology students. There were 10 scholarship winners this year, 5 for collision and 5 for Automotive Technology.
The awards for this year’s event included all of the winners of the Top 50 Category, with winners in several other areas. There were the top 4 awards for the Young Adult Class, along with the Police Chief Award, the Fire Chief Award, the Mayor’s Award, and more. There were also awards for best paint, best foreign car, best tractor, most wicked engine, and, new this year, best semi-truck. The Fall Harvest Car Show is held every year in downtown Fort Morgan, Colorado, on the third weekend in September.
