Too many, the Akron Girls Basketball team made a surprise run during this year's State Basketball Tournament, but with such a young team, there could be more of that to come. Freshman Molly O'Neil was named first team all-state just a few days ago. She was the only freshman on either of the first or second team selections. Sophomore teammate, Kashlee Randel was named honorable mention. This young Akron group is determined to not only get back to the State Tournament next year but make a deep run to bring a title back home to Akron.
