Wrong-Way Pursuit Ends in Crash on I-25

Investigators say a driver is in custody after leading Larimer County deputies on a wrong-way chase along Interstate 25 on Monday afternoon.

The sheriff’s office says deputies first tried to stop the vehicle for a traffic violation near Loveland around 12:30. The driver fled, then entered the interstate going the wrong way. One driver struck by the suspect’s car was taken to the hospital.

Deputies ended the chase with a PIT maneuver and arrested the suspect.
