Three Nominations Received for the 13th Judicial District

Due to the recent resignation of Dennis L. Brandenburg, which will take effect on July 1st, 2025, the 13th Judicial District Nominating Commission has nominated three candidates for a county court judgeship. The nominees are Lyudmyla “Milla” Lishchuk of Springfield, David Jacob Kartchner of Fort Morgan, and Christian D. Ryan of Eagle was selected by the commission on May 12th. Under the Colorado Constitution, the governor has 15 days from that date to appoint one of the nominees as county court judge for the 13th Judicial District in Morgan County.
