PRESS RELEASE: Sterling Police Department - On behalf of the Logan County E-911 board and the Sterling Emergency Communications Center, the Sterling Emergency Communications Center is transitioning from CodeRED to Everbridge.
Important Update: New Emergency Alert System
Sterling Emergency Communications Center is upgrading how we serve Logan County.
We are transitioning from CodeRED to Everbridge, a more secure and reliable emergency notification system. This upgrade helps better protect your information while improving how we deliver critical alerts.
What this means for you:
• If you were signed up for CodeRED, you will need to register again in Everbridge
• You will continue to receive alerts for severe weather, evacuations, and other emergencies
• The new system provides enhanced security and improved reliability
