Sedgwick County Sheriff Issues a BOLO for Sexual Assault Suspect

On Thursday, August 21st, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the Sheriff responded to a 911 call regarding a female who was unable to escape a male party in the 400 block of East 7th Street in Julesburg. The female was transported from the scene because the Sheriff was advised of details about a sexual assault the previous night.
The next night, Friday, August 22nd, at approximately 8 pm, a court-authorized search warrant, along with an attempted to serve arrest warrant, was issued for a suspect at a residence in the 400 block of East 7th Street. The task force in charge of executing these warrants consisted of the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, the SPEAR Tactical Team, and Major Crime Investigators. However, the suspect was not located during the operation.
The suspect is 44-year-old Juan Carlos Perez Pulido, who might be using an alias, Carlos Gonzalez.
He is described as a Hispanic male – 5’10” – approximately 180 pounds – with black hair, showing some white, balding on the top, but longer in the back – A full beard, black & white in color, but no mustache.
BOLO (Be On the Lookout) – He may have fled the scene on a 2000 Maroon-colored Harley-Davidson motorcycle, with Nebraska Plate: 68-235
The charges against him are:
Sexual Assault
Felony Menacing
False Imprisonment
Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
Assault
