Wray Volleyball swept Caliche 3-0. The Lady Eagles were a little shaky in the 1st set before closing the set on a 13-2 run to win 25-19, and kept that momentum going into the 2nd set, winning 25-12 before wrapping up with a 25-16 win in set 3. Dori Saffer led the way with 7 kills and 5 aces, while Katie Harms also had 7 kills while Sydnee Cheek added 6 and Caroline Weber finished with 4. Wray Volleyball will wrap up their regular season on Friday against Wiggins.
Wray Football will also play their final game of the regular season on Friday against Wiggins, kickoff will be at 7 with pregame coverage starting at 6 on KRDZ. The first round of the playoffs will be next Saturday.
The Cross Country state meet is on Saturday in Colorado Springs. Addi Jones will run for Wray, with the girls meet starting at 9am.
