Fort Morgan Police make an arrest and investigate a 20-year-old man from Log Lane Village - public help requested

PRESS RELEASE: Fort Morgan Police Department - On Thursday, June 11, 2026, the Fort Morgan Police Department arrested 20-year-old Brody Young of Log Lane Village on multiple charges, including Unlawful Sexual Contact and Criminal Invasion of Privacy.
The investigation began on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, after detectives received information involving an adult victim who was acquainted with Young. Following his arrest, Young was held without bond until his initial court appearance the following day, when a judge set his bond at $75,000 cash/surety.
As part of the ongoing investigation, detectives are asking anyone who may have information related to Young or who may have experienced or witnessed similar incidents to contact Detective Sergeant Palmer Anguiano at 970-542-3948.
Because this is an active investigation and due to the sensitive nature of the case, no additional information will be released at this time.
As with all criminal cases, the charges against Young are allegations, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
