Cyclist Struck by Vehicle

Colorado State Patrol - September 7, 2023, at approximately 12:42 am, Colorado State Patrol Troopers responded to a hit and run crash on Highway 119 near mile post 49, in the area of Boulder, in Boulder County. A silver sedan struck a bicycle, causing serious injury to the 63-year-old rider and then left the scene. The initial investigation revealed the bicycle was traveling northbound on Highway 119 on the right shoulder, and struck the bicycle with the right side. The car then left the scene.
