A Colorado man has been extradited to Nebraska and charged in connection with a fatal crash on Interstate 80 near Elm Creek more than four months ago.

Prosecutors say 27-year-old Mace Quint, of Sterling, Colorado, unintentionally killed Viacheslav Nadolinski while driving on April 21. Specific details of the case remain sealed by the court.

A complaint and arrest warrant were filed in Buffalo County Court on August 21. Quint was taken into custody on Wednesday and charged with one misdemeanor count of motor vehicle homicide. His bond was set at $1,500, which he has posted.

Quint has agreed to return to Nebraska for court proceedings, including a hearing scheduled for October 15th.
