City of Brush –
The Brush City Council voted to approve Ordinance No. 913-25 to amend City Code, changing rules for Natural Medicine on Monday, April 28th, 2025. As a municipality, they are required by statute to allow licensed facilities for the cultivation and the supervised use of the five psychedelic substances (psilocybin, psilocin, dimethyltryptamine, ibogaine, and mescaline). However, they are also permitted to regulate such facilities' time, place, and manner of operation. Ordinance No. 913-25 serves to amend the City Code to regulate facilities in Brush.
