Billing Cycle for September is Missing Electric Residential Base Rate from the City of Fort Morgan

PRESS RELEASE - It has come to the attention of The City of Fort Morgan Utility Billing Department that the

electric residential base rate of $8.17 was inadvertently not added to your paper bill for

the billing cycle of September 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025, this is due by October 10 th ..

The $8.17 will need to be included in the amount of your payment for this month. If you

do not include it, it will be automatically added to your next month’s bill.

Utility customers can also view their bills online using the city’s Xpress Bill Pay service

by visiting www.xpressbillpay.com and signing in to make a payment. Customers can

also come into the office at 710 E. Railroad Ave to pay and the correct amount will be

paid this month.
